The Children’s Garden

Home / Uncategorized / The Children’s Garden

Today, I weeded winter crops in the garden. Carrots and Onions. Tomorrow I will be finish the carrots, garlic, leeks, and pick fresh Kale, Cilantro, and Spinach for my kitchen menu. The sun felt so good, and farmer Gregory worked in the greenhouse.

He and the other guys and I moved a smaller greenhouse into a large one. There will be a warmed seed bed for germinating seedlings in the small one. When in the garden, I feel like a child again: free and rich. Tonight, I will sleep well. Bedtime is seven 0’clock. Story time at six 0’clock. Love listening to my mother read me stories just like when I was a little girl. Thank you Lord for such a full and wonderful life, and hope.
